New Moon

Time really flies. Just a year ago, I got my eyes on Twilight and was way crazy over Rob Pattinson. Patiently and anxiously, waited and waited for New Moon to come back and was thinking about it almost everyday. 365 days had passed in a blink of an eye and New Moon has returned and I shall proudly say, it's better than Twilight!

Good CastsSss!

Though I still think Rob Pattinson is hot and amazing, but somehow find his character a little bit boring, yea.. he's supposed to be the emo guy but..... alrite forget it! He's still cute tho! :)

It's December and 2009 will be coming to an end, fast huh? New Moon is the peak for me and I'm glad it's not a disappointment! Other than that, 2009 is not a good year for me. It's a year that I wandered really alot, got myself really lost, found myself back and trapped in a dead end.. it's just... I'm just glad it's going to be over soon. At least, I know I'm closer to the day... the day I've always been dreaming :)

Looking from the brighter side, 2009 is a breakthrough period for myself too. At least, things fall as I planned towards the end of the year coupled with some surprises too, like AAR Reality Check :P I know this doesn't sound that right for a 21 year old girl who is supposed to be studying and sitting for exams, enjoying her youth in campus and all sorts... but I do find some kinda peace of satisfaction in my job now as a beauty therapist.

Though I'm a beauty therapist, I admit I still have a long way to go to be top note beauty myself LOLOLOLs :D All I know is that, beauty doesnt come free... alot of work, time and money involved here for a woman to feel and look good. Of cuz, God is unfair and it's not a crime to be born less perfect or ugly but it's definitely a crime not to put in effort to look pleasant :P

And... it really feels great earning an income, that helps out the family a little, for ourselves, for the near future.. it's the sense of adulthood. And I have no idea why I'm such a rushie to grow up, maybe it's because I've always wanted to be independent, bitter childhood memories, to be in control or maybe.. I just want my own Life. A Life that is branded, Me.

Will be turning 22 in a month, when age is just a figure but time has its calls. I'm not afraid of getting old but I do have a phobia as time travels because there are much things I want to see, to feel, to honour, to trust, to love about the world out there and if I were to die tomorrow, I know I'll regret not having them accomplished :)

Maybe it's true that there are some dreams one lifetime is not enough to catch, but there will some dreams that come true if you only learn to believe and be initiative. Dreams don't come if you don't rest your mind and find it through the sleeps of souls. Let go of the stronghold that deceives you, what matters at the end of the day is be grateful that you're waking up everyday to the world that belongs to you- family, friends, soulmates, pets... anyone that you know lives for you and vice versa.

HappY BeLatEd ThaNksGivIng!

A Date With The All-American Rejects

I know it's a shit that I haven't been updating my blog for a month, err.. more than a month I guess :P But there's a saying that goes...

Good things will come to the ones who wait. Be patient! :D

For all you know, I've been a very good girl (don't deny yourself..) and have been really patient with God for all the obstacles and happenings in 2009 that have drilled me down, where lives are only painted in blues, and I.. I am just overwhelmed by His reward for my perseverance :) Yah, all I've got to say.

It was like any other ordinary night, I changed into my pj and hopped onto my bed where my lovely red companion lies- my Inspiron and played one of my favourite songs from AAR, When The Wind Blows.

*sigh* It was getting closer to 10th of October each second of the day, am I going or not to go to their concert? Roses would have gone into extinction if I hadn't received this electrifying email...

I couldn't comprehend sentences and reality that well at that moment, as if I had never heard or seen the word, Grand Prize in my life and there wasn't any feelings felt, yah. I was dumb-struck for a couple of minutes, reading over and over again the text before I finally went...

++FrEnZiEee++ (I screamed, I laughed, I hopped, I rolled... everything at the same time and I broke into tears while my uncle came in to check on me.. Hahaha)

I wouldn't call it silly at all, everyone has their own a-million-dollar feeling, probably you don't get AAR so much as me, probably you think rockstars are cornholes.. whatever, AAR means alot to me.. I have been talking about them so much, listening to their soongs endlessly and have been dreaming of their concerts.. and this! ThIs IS IT!

On the 31st of October (it's the reschedule of their world tour due to Tyson's knee surgery), I embarked on my little adventure to Kuala Lumpur just for the All-American Rejects. Yea... That's so much passion I have for these wonderful guys.

Apart from the Round Table Session which I have won, I was cordially invited to the Press Conference by DiGi as well. I turned up slightly earlier to Nikko Hotel to check the place out, well I'm not too sure if it looks like a 5 star hotel but the catering service was quite satisfying and uplifting for the guests :)

this looked really good but i did not have a mouth on that, was busy checking out here and there :)

You know what, these pretty pieces did taste as yummy as it looked... I had a few of them while waiting AAR :P

Actually, they had a main course corner too which was at the other corner of the Junior Ballroom but I was too excited for a maincourse so I passed it :)

That was the DiGi Registration Booth

I was expecting to see tonnes of people hording around the Press Conference Venue which to my dismay, there wasn't much people and I was happy bout it. Pure touch of exclusivity :) Just the people from press, media and some winners! I met Natalie and Ean from Hitz.fm, wanted to grab a picture with them but I didn't think my battery would be sufficient for so many photos :P

The Press Conference was supposed to start at 2pm and AAR turned up at 1.45pm and I was loitering with a bunch of sweeties when suddenly I heard a familiar voice coming up from the escalator, I turned and sweet enough it was Nick! Aww~ He stood tall and amazing! My heart melted =}

As Natalie announced their presence and as they walked towards the stage backed up with the song Gives You Hell, I was feeling so dreamy... what I'd got to say? I got to meet my favourite band alive, right before my eyes! They have never been so real...

everyone cared more about taking photos of them than listening to what Tyson had got to say :D

Due to time constraints, the organisers were rather more impatient than the artists themselves.

I almost got a great photo from Tyson looking into my camera when the bitch shove him away!

can I fucking know the reason why Malaysian bodyguards are so short and rounded??

Just right before the table session, Lynn who was in charge of the Nuffnang winners introduced all us to one another and it was an amazing time to get to know a bunch of new friends there!

from left: Bryan, Shakira, Vanessa, Me, Jessica & Tian Chad

Thanks girls and boys for the great hangout, before and after the session :)

The moments we had at the round table session with Mike and Chris was truly a wonderful experience, and thanks to Bryan for uploading that video into his blog, check it out at http://www.bryanlyt.com/ We weren't supposed to bring in any cameras or videos into the session room but heck we care :P

Mike with his Jesus smile and Chris looking as cool as ever!

will always love this pic cuz Nick is in it, and Tyson too of course no matter how blur it is =)

this pic is legendary, it is historical, it is priceless... aww~

I looked freaking tired in this picture, yeah I was... waking up at 3 a.m and that time was already 5 p.m.. O.o

Nevertheless... I Love Tyson :) He has really good vocals...!

Stars do not always have great pics taken spot on..

Thanks to Razel for all the pics.. Lols!

Tyson looking utterly creepy in this pic >.<'

Like a serial killer being caught :P

Ghost of Nick...

Nick mostly wandered around without dem BLOODYGUTS :D

And all of us concluded that, Nick has a small bladder.. Lols~! Because in 1/2 time, he had gone on and off the gents for several times while the interview was still on.. LOls

What I've got to say is, thank you so much to DiGi and Nuffnang for giving me a chance to get with AAR upclose and it does feels like a dream come true in some ways. It was truly a great experience which will last for a lifetime- for sure :)

Shakira, Vanessa and I left Nikko at about 4.30p.m, after bidding our sweet farewell :)

************************

The journey to Bukit Jalil National Stadium was a smooth sailing and reached the venue at about 5.30 p.m to find that the queue to the entrance was super crazily long! I swear there were like thousands of people ahead of me.. zz! Yeah, and I heard that some of them had been waiting there since 11 a.m.. O.o

But I felt so sad for those who turned up early, because at the end of the day... it was all about foulplay.. Lols! The laties bashed up the queue to the entrance and I just Move Along with them and voila!

I was kinda front of, okay.. VERY FRONT ACT-CHE-LI.. Lolz!

But I wasn't in the centre/ middle of the floor which Tyson indeed covered more

I was far right, where Nick covered most.. Good enough that I could see him rocked his guitar upfront - with his aww-so-sweet smile (melting, melted, melts), he's my guitar hero! *just friggin' imagine that I'm still a 15 years old teenage freakonista rocky pocky in this post..*

Spent a month thinking, go-or-not-to-go-AAR-concert-worry-this-worry-that-got-potong-la-la-la.....

Which I finally made it to the concert at the end anyways :D

With no regrets....!

I might not have the leanest arm on Earth but I do say I have the smoothest armpit? LOls!

Anyways, I do really want to convey a heartfelt thankfulness and gratitude to someone *you know who you area* for making this happen :)

already subscribed horny devil! you looked cute tho~!

The concert started about like 7.30 p.m. featuring our local bands, which ACT-CHE-LI didn't sound really that bad, it was just that the stage break was too long and the soundcheck wasn't TAD top notch. Rating from Ms Rocky Pocky: 5.01/10.00 (Looks took the most deduction tho :P)

Everybody was anticipating AAR, even the 2nd local band had just started rocking the stage you could hear crowds cheered A-A-R! A-A-R! A-A-R! *kening kening* LOls!

Then FCUK~! I felt droplets on my skin, RAIN~! *&#*&!MOKGOBJA KINOKUNIYA )(*&^%!# What a Shit?! I came this far not to give up just like that? Persevere! Actually, it was just drizzles and it went away quickly. Pheew.. Honestly I almost felt like leaving at 1 point :)

Then I got to know very interesting siblings from Saudi, I remember the brother's name was Abdullah and the sister was Liya or smth like that. I was really caught in amaze that they were not typical at all and spoke very fluent English with great sense of humour from Abdullah. I know all of a sudden I turn from Ms. Rocky Pocky into Aisyah Montanah lulz but yah, I like them :)

Want to know how many people were there on Halloween?

15-000 rockies pokies :D

AAR techies took bout an hour to set up their sound system and soundcheck was monitored to the finest tune before they let loose DEM REJECTED BOYS!

The most epic shot I snapped. I concentrated most of my time watching, recording into my mind than snip snapping lousy shots :P

In a sea of people~ there was only you~ I never knew what the song was about~ Suddenly now I do~ Try to reach out to you touch my hand~ reach out as far as I can~ only me only you and the band~ CAN'T LIKE THE MUSIC STOP!

don't freaking as me why i like them so much and you don't cuz i dun know why, don't freaking ask me why you don't like them and i like them so much CUZ I DON'T KNOW WHY!

When The World Comes Down is a masterpiece to me and AAR performed about 12 songs not lesser on that night. EPIC!

The concert ended at about 11.30 p.m. and I was already having post AAR blues. The only thing I regretted not doing on that day, prolly in this life would be not telling them face to face that I love their music, they are an awesome band and please come back again :D Somehow, these words crossed my mind during the meet and greet with them in Nikko but I just couldn't bring myself to say such cheesy things... you know my pride and issues :P

Even if I had said that, that would probably be another fan adoration praises... Plus most people that got to meet up with AAR had gifts to them which I have 0 anyways.. Haha! What kinda fan am I... :P I just thought that there's nothing they can't buy and I really don't want end up buying junks that Tyson is going to You-Tube it.. Hahahahha~!

The night ended with chilling for 20 minutes in Quattro, which I literally couldn't remember anything more happening that AAR concert, I sorta like felt so stale even if you put me in the best club ever, you would still be seeing me in my straightjacket face =.='

Quattro's concept is kinda alluring (Summer, Autumn, Winter, Spring Bar) but I find the crowd a bit offsetting :P

The pic was taken in the Winter Bar and it was ACT-CEH-LI icy cold inside that room.

Not-in-the-mood-for-anything-tho!

So, that was kinda the experience I had in KL for the last weekend for All-American Rejects which I thought was a pretty breath taking experience. Would I ever do it again? Well, I'd done whatever ought to be done at this age when I'm still feeling on the beat and energetic. Whatever comes along the way we shall see :)

And Hey! I did not return to Penang empty handed!

Look what I've got!

My prize which I name it..

WheeLTeR MiChriS! (Wheeler + Ritter + Mike + Chris) :D

Sony Ericsson w670i

I just need a new phone I dun friggin' care what ancient model it is.. Lols! Pillow bit mine, torn apart :S

*~You slide it honey, you slide that baby~*

and you see me with Tyson! :)

When I first learned about the contest from Nuffnang, it was stated that there would be 5 winners (One which is the Grand Prize who will win a Phone, a table session with AAR and concert tix ALONG with the other 4 Consolation winners to meet AAR), I thought to myself, "forget that Grand Prize you noob..."

And not many people know what I did exactly to win the contest :P, it was actually my last post on DiGi Music :) No one had paid much attention to what I wrote tho, it sounded pretty advertorial but this winning means more than just prizes. It's a sense of achievement considering this is the 2nd time I won Grand Prizes for written entries.

Back then was for Female Magazine which I did not get to redeem my prizes cuz was STPM season and there was dateline to redemption. I remember they were a collection of Guy Laroche purses and bags... *sad* I failed Pure Maths anyways, should have gone down and got my prize :D

And I've got this, priceless CD autographed/ signed/ imprinted or wahtever shit you like to call it from

Nick and Tyson :)

All-American Rejects is AWESOMEY!
(stood close enough to rage and hug them but did not.. why am i so calm when i shud not be?)

Check out my next post on my adventure in KL, maybe a good tutorial for runaway from home plans :)

DiGi Music: The Rejects Fever

O-dear... I think I'm having fever again. And this time, it hits me darn bad where odd and peculiar symptoms felt include:-

1) Feeling like things are unreal or dreamlike
2) Electric shock feelings, body zaps
3) Excess of energy, hyperactive!
4) Skipped heartbeats
5) And of course, what is fever without feeling H.O.T

But thank God I've found a magical prescription to heal my ailments, finally =)

IT'S THE CONCERT TICKET TO
THE ALL-AMERICAN REJECTS
LIVE IN MALAYSIA!!!!!!

For those of you who might have missed The All American Rejects at the MTV World Stage back on 15th August, stop banging your heads on the wall or secretly hating your friends who went without you because on 10th October 2009 *block your calendar folks*, these boys are set to return to our shore and .........

This song is perfectly cool when you play it after having a bad day, say...

1) Your teacher humiliates you in front of everyone for not passing up your project, or
2) Even your boss asking you to work over time on a Raya's eve OR
3) Better still, your girlfriend/ boyfriend dumps you just because you were stuck in a massive traffic jam last night and uber late for dates :)

A Big Thank You to DiGi
~for making this happen~

*~* O-Hail & Long Live, DiGi Music!~*~*

Finally, DiGi is more than just a Yellow Mania to me :P
What people? Just look at the logo, billboards, mascots, etc etc are all just freaking yellow okay?!

And yea, I got my free ticket to the concert upon subscription to DiGi Music! It's as easy as ABC so people~people, just ditch Facebook for a while to do this http://www.digimusic.com.my/!

Alright, even if you are not a fan of AAR, just so you know - DiGi Music offers other mad great deals than just about AAR! I know you can see all the point benefits from the strip above but just like essay, points need to be elaborated =} Isi dan huraian merrrr......

Of course the prime attraction is the Unlimited Music Downloads! And I'm going to stress this point with the word.... LEGALLY! All you have to pay is just RM5 per month and you got to enjoy all the musics and dance away with your souls :) And it's free for first 30 days trial! It definitely worths trying out :D

I mean come on, RM5 per month is only like 0.16 cents per day for unlimited music downloads and on top of everything,
- It saves you a hassle to search for songs on the internet and
- Even if you have installed your preferred music downloaders, it's pretty depressing when your pc crashes and needs to be reformatted, you NEED TO RE-INSTALL AND EVERYTHING!
- Worse, for people like me who is extremely lazy to install anything.

With DiGi Music, Ha-Ha! All you need is the website and there you roll~ To your liking whether you want to download to your PC or mobile or maybe just for checking out some new songs :) I find this extremely handy to me because I could do all these at anytime, anywhere. Just one website with one PC or with one mobile, is technically all I need to get groovy~ :P

Most importantly, there are no data charges incurred :) Urmm... if this *data charges* word sounds a little bit too pro for you, actually for me too hee! But I guess it literally means like any charges incurred for multiple reasons like browsing, streaming or downloading anything from the website. Correct me if I'm wrong :D

Songs and playlist sharing are of course one of the many features available in DiGi Music where you can create your own profile page furnished with your pretty handsome pictures and share your musical delights with friends or other users.

Alright, like I said earlier that DiGi Music is not all about AAR as it offers many other exclusive showcases every now and then like Meet & Greets with the Artists, tickets to Gigs and Concerts and etc etc. So your dreams of meeting up your idols upclose, kicking alive are now... POSSIBLE! Not unless you are a fan of MJ because there's no way DiGi could bring him back alive O.o
Sorry to remind you that :}

To be rightfully honest with you guys, I'm not actually -that-concert-kinda-girl-. Rubbing sweats with a bunch of unknowns, lining up as early as possible under glaring sun to secure a strategic place, impatient waitings in between stage breaks and the list goes on and on actually.

If there's only one band that can make me break one of my living rule, it's gonna be
The All-American Rejects

and I love every single song from their latest album
When The World Comes Down

And this is the reason why I got so hyped up for this AAR concert thingy, even going down all the way to KL from Penang just to redeem those tickets. Damn unfair right? They only cater to the KL fans, how about us, the non-KLsss?? What to do... I love AAR so much!

After hours of journey, KL greeted me with a massive traffic jam :)

Reached Sunway Pyramid and I went straight searching for the DiGi Booth!

Finding 1st Floor, Sunway Pyramid (near the escalator on the way up to TGV Cinema)
FOUND!

I was too excited to snap a picture! :D

I know it was stated that each participant only entitled to redeem one ticket, and has to be present with own mobile at the redeeming booth but I just tried my luck to collect another ticket on behalf of my friend. I was alone... in KL, all the way from Penang.. *sob sob* just for this~

And I went totally frenzy when I talked through them to let me redeem on behalf of my friend!

It's not a cheat okay, all-the-way-from-Penang-just-for-this!

You can picture my facial expression to be somewhat like this:

Initially, I have doubts on whether should I make another trip down to KL on 10 Oct just for that concert. Serious, I mean I haven't started work yet and expenses are pretty heavy to go down KL for another time, at least for me :( And I really don't want to bug my family for this...

Then I thought again, I'm just 21 right now and if I don't go all my way out to do crazy things then when should I do it hmm? Perhaps someday when I'm old enough to have my means to spend on things like that, I just thought that I might not have this kinda mood again. This crazy, young and energetic mood :)

What I want to emphasize is, there are somethings money just can't buy.
And you can ask Pillow as he knows best :)

See! Even Pillow a 6 months old puppy wants the ticket to the AAR :P

I'm having it in my hands already, why should I hesitate anymore?

Hell yeah.. I'm coming AAR! :)

That Momento

Haven't been writing again lately. Outta my mind, outta every single words.

Too many times, I find myself saying too much of the things that not necessarily to be made known.
Too many times, I find myself not saying that simple little things that you ought to know.

I wonder, what is the cost of my ego
I wonder, what is the price of my pride
Or was it you?
That I could never afford.

If I were to be back at that moment
Back at that same right place
I would trade my deceptive smile for real tears
I would trade my composed sentences for a hug of cherish
Just to let you know
There was pain beyond this facade.

B Bro In Abu Dhabi

dHey Hey HEY!!! I'm StiLLL aLiVe KicKing HardEr thAn EveR!!! :P
Well well well.. sorry for my absence for the past weeks because *sigh*, as for some of you who are concerned about me, you would've heard bout the news that I was admitted to the hospital :)

I have one million words of experience to share with you guys on my 5 days 4 nights stay in the Loh Guan Lye 10 stars hotel but not in this post, cuz I've got better issues for coverage :D

Excitingly, it's all about my beloved bro's training-trip to Abu Dhabi!

And where's Abu Dhabi??????!
Here's Abu Dhabi!

Yeps! In the United Arab Emirates, land of the... cough*

Now, the prime question is...

What's the image that come into your mind when you hear about Arab??? Especially such ancient named place like Abu Dhabi??

As in how the place looks like??? Like what you've been seeing in the t.v? books? posters??? encyclopedias???

That it looks something like this????

Then you SARK!!! :O

..i..

Cuz it looks friggin' advanced like this!!
looks like Shanghai or Hong Kong :P

Just to share with you guys a lil about my brother's profession, he's actually attached to a German-based multi national company dealing with the oil and gas industry. Yerps! Usually, I'll be quite early alarmed on the market values and fluctuating prices of petrol :P

Myth: Main Reason for prices of petrol had increased and shall keep increasing in near future is due to shortage of natural sources of oil and gases on Earth!

Fact: It's just the fucking economy and certain powerful authorities controlling the game! Currency fluctuation + inflation sheetz!

Well, but that doesn't mean we do not have to put in effort to conserve our Earth energy :) It's going to run outs someday, but not so soon :P

Just several years serving for the company, he has travelled quite a number of times across the continents for training.
[My sister travels for free in fact paid to travel *envious*, my brother travels too and everything is paid for *double envious* and I want to too but currently still stuck in small Penang :( Breaking out if there's chance!]

He had been to big places like United States, United Kingdom and small places like Brunei and Indonesia so now he requested for training in a whole new place to him, Arab!

Off he went for 2 weeks to Abu Dhabi!

Him doing some friggin shopping!

Back in the golden years, when the economy was oozin good, the company actually sponsored his staffs to travel on Business Class on board! :O The business class stewardess thought that my bro + frenz were some kinda big shot and served them *floatingly* when in their pockets, they only had several hundred bucks of pounds! Hahahaha!!!
When your company pays for everything on a trip, you just sit back and rilek lah~ :P

Now when there's economy downturn, my bro's trip to Arab this time was just...... economical. Haha! He boarded economy class only... what a downturn LOLOLOLOLS! But no need pay, mai hiam la! :P

And there he posed happily with his training centre in Abu Dhabi!

It's pronounced as Slum-ber-jay!
Him and the palm tree!

Him and his trainers I supposed :P

Well, these 2 Caucasian dudes are not just any random posers cuz their salary are a whooping banana cream of 20-30K or even more but no less according to my bro :) Dirham is good enuff. My bro is dreaming to work there :P

There's no need to mention that these guys' salary are a whooping banana cream cuz ultimately a normal shopping mall or any random shop assistant's monthly salary reaches a blueberry muffin baking hot of 6-7K in Arab. In Dirham yes.. and 1 AED = MYR0.95.

It's indeed a land of the riches. And amazingly, the locals there Do Not Work! They own shops and businesses and they hire foreigners to work for them, majority Filipinos, Pakistanis & Indians. These people might be labours and low class there in Arab but back in their home town after saving the salary, they are rich in their own way back home :D

Yes, you ask: Why the locals there Do Not Work? And yes, because they Don't Have To! If your government is giving you 10K for free monthly, who needs to work? Lols! I couldn't believe either when my brother told me this but he said it's true cuz that's what his colleague says!

My bro UpGrAdeD!!

!*congrats congrats*!

Bro posing with his stuff!
alrite, he looks just as noob as ever >.<'

Bro calls it a day!
I'm going shopping again!

Well, the weather might seem good but my bro said, it WAS NOT cuz it was burning hot, literally. Much more than M'sia and for safety purposes, they have to wear that suit on site!

Basically, he had to re-hydrate himself every half an hour or so if not, can seriously die from dehydration! :O! And it's no joke. Alot of Indian and Pakistani construction workers there died from serious dehydration. They just passed out midst of working and pronounced dead the next minute! Money don't come free okay?

Since rain is IMPOSSIBLE in Arab during Summer, these construction workers actually camp openly on a large field and sleep overnight there. Eat there, sleep there and everthing's there :P That's how hard life is for these people. And the Arabians? 100% of them is 100% rich and nuff said.

It's amazing how unfair is this life :)

After training, my bro will loiter with his friends to shop for gifts and souvenirs. Things are generally not cheap over there. My brother got me this perfume & toiletries that's like, I've never heard of its brand, prolly their local brand called Fruits & Passion. When my bro told me how much it cost, I freaked out and started cursing like a bit*h!

Look at these few items:
a small bottle of peach perfume and body gel = 300+ Dirhams!

Alright, I like the gifts of course but it seriously doesn't worth the monay~~~!!!! And I think my bro just has this perfume and fragrance stuff fetish because till todate, he already bought me tonnes of them! Victoria's Secret, Calvin Klein Eternity, Litchi by DIor Addict and I'm already having a hard time finishing them, now more to come by Fruits & Passion! :D

I think I have a lifetime supply of fragrances already :) My future boyfriend to be must be damned pleased with this (save monay for Valentines, B'day, Anniversary) tssk tssk tssk!

It's just that, money is earned not dropped down from the sky, I just feel bad having him to spend unnecessarily. Nevertheless, I appreciate them. I have a collection-subconsciously :D

During his hunt, he saw a jaw dropping, saliva inducing chicken mogaritta mexico texas pie 4 million Dirhams worth of watch by dunno what friggin local brand. And he saw a nice handbag which he wanted to get for my mum that its price freaked a hell out of him that he fainted 3 times consecutively and walked away, still feeling bizarre that it's an unknown brand that prices its bag 5,000 Dirham :)

That's life in the Arab :)
Where money is really like papers :)

So in the end, these are what my bro got for souvenirs!

Bro unpacking his stuff!

0000 tht's mine!

The souvenir was given with a task!
I was assigned to check all his souvenirs for his friends are in good condition :(

They are erm... sandy albums.
7 different types of sands collected from 7 different places which make up UAE!
My brother keeps yakking bout the wonders of God and lalalala...
Special special*
It's like Nabi Muhammad all over again! swt :P

one of them cracked* :(

And I'm disappointed becuz there wasn't any local delicacies and food were brought back :( I thought I kept reminding him and sands were what I got :( Hahaha! Really makan pasiak* this time. Only a box of chocolate coated dates (yums)!

All in all, he had a great experience training in Abu Dhabi, Arab. At least he gets to see a different culture in life. When he was telling and sharing all his findings and experiences in Abu Dhabi, I found myself feeling like a little child listening to another child's fun trip to Disneyland. Only can imagine the fun and no real deal. Hee!

But! I'm always proud of my bro even though he's a bit NOOBIE DOODIE DOO. Haa! I want to be like my siblings too, travelling here and there for free someday! Yes, I'm cheapolata.. I don't like to pay for my own expenses :P
