I've been waiting for this movie for about like a year plus and finally it's happening now right in front of my eyes!!! Rrrrr!!! Megan Fox is friggin' HOT!

Rites, I know this is a new muffin in the oven so, I won't touch so much on the taste because I'm afraid my chi mui, Kah Whai will bite my head off cuz I'm sucha SPOILER QUEEN :P

But still, I got to say that Shia Labeouf looks way better in Trans 2 over Trans 1. Looks way manly now with better acting skills too. Hee!

Just expect these two effect of the movie: FAST & FURIOUS! Yeah, its transformation is really fast and all speedy diddy that my eyes are literally tired and worn out now~ :O Abit confusing too at some parts so keep ur eyes tight tight on the screen!

Great great Great~! The cinema was literally full and we got depressingly got the 3rd row seats. It's pretty traumatizing actually so, I'm considering a 2nd GO! Who's bringing me??!!! :P

Marley and Me Reviews

This is a continuation from last night's Marley and Me post. Sorry for I was too emotional last night that I couldn't really write a good review. And man, Marley and Me is a great show based on a true story of the writer John Grogan with his love and hate best friend, Marley :)

Actually, there wasn't any movie at all in my mind that I wanted to watch. Looking at the latest movie list, nothing seemed appealing to me. All I'm waiting for is Little Ashes and New Moon :P

Brian picked me up at 8.00 p.m. and we spent at least 1/2 hour on the road, deciding where to dine. Jam here and there, at last we headed to Waterfall Lil' Cottage. As usual, had my favourite Grilled Almond Fish. Then we gossipped bout my sister the rest of the dinner :P

It was movie time and we had no idea which movie to watch. Too late for early shows and too early for late shows. In the end, we picked Marley & Me and thank God I did not insist to watch Watchmen, Kah Whai told me after that it was a stupid movie. HAHA!

Marley is a Labrador, the world worst Labrador :)

First of all, I think Owen Wilson and Jennifer Aniston look pretty good together :) Honestly, looking from left to right, up and down, inside out.. I still think Jennifer Aniston looks way hotter than the si chipung bin, Angelina Jolie :P No pouty lips and steamy gaze. Yays for that :)

So far, Marley and Me is the first movie in 2009 that have really touched my heart. It's not like any other romance comedy where man-woman waiting for one another to fall in the lovetrap instead, it depicts a realistic married life of a couple. Circumstances that bring both joy and despair. It's so true.

John and Jenny Grogan

I find that the movie relates so much to me, not just because I'm a dog lover myself but then the perspective of having children, it's really a pretty big responsibility and so much hectic changes we have to adapt to. In this case, I'm definitely relating to John Grogan more as he's the one with no-kids-theory :) but unfortunately..... he leaked.. HAHAHAHA!

And it's when all these problem arise, when responsibilities and commitment get out of control, when a happy married life suddenly goes stale and kids become the only topic. Zzz! Jenny decided to dismiss Marley-the-Mess from the Grogan Family as she couldn't put up to so much crap anymore and is soon suffering from post natal syndrome. Of course, John Grogan wouldn't do it by all means.

In the end, as they finally able hit the patch-up button and able to adapt to the new life, Marley is ready to go. People say that, when a dog knows that he's dying, he'll run away from home and spend his last minutes and seconds of life alone. Marley was lost and found.. but in the end, he was lost forever. Putting him to sleep was the last thing John Grogan would do, but that was the only thing he could do too.

At Marley's dying bed, John Grogan whispered to him, "Of all the times when we said you're the world worst dog, don't ever believe it for even one second of that. We have always loved you, and you know it."

And that was the life of Marley T.T

After the movie, I asked Brian to drop me at Pei Wen's place. I got too absorbed into the movie and I was pretty quiet the whole journey there. Reaching the place, there were some happening issues and I stayed till 3 a.m. pestering Pei Wen for an answer while the adults drank their time away :P And I've yet to get the answer *tapping fingers* :P

And as for now, I got to change my bedsheet already. And lastly, I give Marley and Me a grade of, GREAT A!

Sorry for having my blog dead for a couple of weeks.. I was just busy collecting "ang paosssS" :P Now that I'd made sure everyone in the list had given me, I shall rest relax and start blogging again.. Haha!

So, what is Little Ashes anyways? Erm... It's actually a movie, official release in March 27 2009, based on the real life stories of 3 young but gifted gentlemen, a formidable trio that formed the most ultra modern group in Madrid in 1920's.

1) The eccentric and unusually imaginative artist, Salvador Dali

He is... well yea.. eccentric teramat sungguh sekali.. HAHA!

And now is the interesting part. Who is starring as Dali?

I can't believe it myself either... :P

Lols! I really have to put my hats off to him. Just before this, he was portraying as the sexy good bad boy vampire, Edward Cullen and he had manufactured a swarm of girl fans out of the blue and now what? Carrying another total.. totally... unusual character of the legendary artist, Salvador Dali? Haha! Such a contrast than in Twilight!! :P But so what? I admire his flexibility in portraying different different characters :P

2) A charismatic but controversial young poet, Federico Garcia Lorca whom was murdered near an olive tree :O

As interesting as it may sound to the fellow lovers of art, history & literature, I feel so sorry to inform you that... This movie is banned from Lembaga Perfileman Malaysia. LOLS! Stupid as it is but WHy?

It's not just because our beloved ROb Pattinson is swimming naked in the water :P but it's because of the scandalous affair he has in the movie Lols.. With his good friend... FEDERICO GARCIA LORCA! Hahaa... Yes, gay elements :P And you know it well, how narrow minded is our country so.. :( but I'm going to get it by hook or by crook!

Alright, Robert Pattinson looks freakingly sexy and hot as Edward Cullen. Like what, vampires are sexy~ LOLS! It's like practically the entire "vegetarian" family of the Cullens are DARN irresistible. Once more... you'll know why at the end of my post! :P

Well, Yuyu said and I quote, "If one asked me how's Twilight, I'm not so sure if I'd bring myself to say the story is indeed nice but for sure I'd say HE IS NICE!" Lolz...

Dr. Carlisle Cullen

I couldn't agree further that Twilight is a success not entirely based on the story itself but the perfect casting of the characters! Seriously, this kind of vampire story is very typical indeed. They are almost the same even from different writers. I love vampire stories, thanks to Yi Ling for introducing me The Vampire's Diaries by L.J Smith. The book I read before my F5 trials was The Awakening. Haha!

As usual, the typical vampire stories depict how good looking are the vampires, how they fall in love with the mortals and of the foes long for the same mortal. The venum, the risk, the red apple, crystal apple and more apples (I'm not sure why they always have apples in vampire stories thou-Lolz) One vegetarian the other carnivorous! Ya know, things like that and stuff :P

But this story is a lil bit different in the sense that normally, vampires vanish when exposed to the sunlight but instead the vampires in Twilight's Version have sparkling bodies when exposed to sunlight. Hahaha! Watever, the baseball scene is A DIE FOR SCENE :P

whenever there's thunder now, I guess I'll start to imagine the vampires playing baseball! Haha!

Last but not least, the cast that I find to be extremely entertaining is.. Charlie Swan! Bella's dad! He's funny with the pepper spray thing! Haha

it doesn't look like him in the movie itself. anyhow, still my fave :P!

And since most of you are anxious about what is in the end of my post.. let me tell you..

It's nothing greater than VAMPIRES PLAYING BASEBALL DURING THUNDERSTORM!!! Lolz

Now.. go watch the MOVIE! :P I'm in for 2nd round!! HAHAHA...

Hell Boy 2: The Golden Army

Oh my God... Hellboy is GOOD! Hahahha! You know, my first impression about the movie Hellboy was like... EEEeeeeeWwww~ Nothing but ugly ugly ugly and... UGLY!!! That was the reason I did not bring myself to watch the first one though :P

But then I was damn wrong and it turned out that the movie is pretty hot! Hahaha! Yes, the characters are ugly, no doubt about that but then they play it really well! At first, I thought that the movie is all about action packed stuff, you know.. like very violent and bloody, lotsa killings and cannibalism elements (by judging the looks of the casts) but then, it's not! Hahaha! Obviously, there are some fighting scenes here and there but they are not disturbing at all. And the storyline is not confusing too since the dialogues are not as complicated and deeeeeeeep as Batman?? Hahaha.. Seriously for Batman, I was just enjoying the Joker's part most of the time. I didn't really get what they were saying, erm sometimes not sure what they were trying to do too. Hahaha!

Apart from that, the movie is kinda funny and hillarious too since they seasoned the characters with a little bit of humour that makes it so... Hahahhaa! I just didn't expect it to be a nice show in short. I really thought it was for BOYS only :P

The character that I like most would be.....

I really like the part where Red thought he had accidentally killed him but then the gas escaped and hid inside the lockers then poor Red was SPAMMED! All of a sudden, he swiftly breezed away singing "I just can't smile without you..." Haha!

Basically that is all about the movie and for those of you who haven't watch it, then just WATCH IT and you'll know what I mean! Hahahahha... My rating would be A- and personally, I think it's nicer than Batman. Batman without Joker like Pinkbag says.. he's just a BAT.. *flap flap flap*

Alvin & The Chipmunks

Erm.. Sorry to be a little bit slow but then I just watched Alvin & The Chipmunks recently and I was totally awed!!! The graphics are almost perfect and they are superbly cute!!! Haha.. If only there were real chipmunks in this world that could sing and dance... I would adopt them!!! Hee.. and become my little musical band.

The Chronicles of Narnia: PRINCE CASPIAN

aLRIght. It's time for another movie review~ Needless for me to introduce much as the title of this post has already sent a clear message of which movie I'm going to review this time around.

But before I go any further about Prince Caspian, I'd like to review on how I spent my whole Thursday to pamper myself, after such a looooOOOoooonnG time...

Basically I slept at 5 a.m. again and was dug up by mum at around 10.30 a.m. to accompany her to do some stuff in town. Initially was supposed to join my friends for Dim Sum but then I'd forgotten it and had made another appointment with my mum then. So, I had to pass the sumptious breakfast :)

Then I was supposed to meet them up by 12.30 noon at GSC, Gurney Plaza but due to some ad hoc matters with my mum, I had to apologize as I could not make it by then and had no other choice than asking them to proceed without me. But then, when you have a group of understanding buddies, they would eventually offer to postponed the movie time to 2.45 p.m :) Thanks guys (including a girl) ;) Hee...

After all things were settled, I asked my uncle to drop me at Gurney Plaza and that was about 1 p.m that time. I thought of going home to change and paint some hues on my face to look fresher and brightened up but then I guessed better not. I would take some time and it was not good to let others wait for nothing :P Seconds after I reached, I was informed by Zhi Xiang that they were at Toy Museum. Worry lets not as I got to do some shopping. Hee...

First stop: Parkson Stila Counter
I've been opting for its sheer pressed powder for a long long time so finally I bought it :) But I've yet to use it......

Please don't get me wrong. I'm not trying to brag what kinda cosmetic I purchased as how some female bloggers would by keep on saying what and what brand and blaa blaa blaa of products they buy and stuff shitz like that but then just add on some girlish knowledge in my blog :) So far, I haven't tried it, if I think it's good then I shall recommend to those of you who are interested to grab it for good :)

So, I tested a little by rubbing a small amount from the palette and blended it on my face. In larger amount I'm not sure how's the effect but then the light sweep of powder seems to blend pretty well on my skin. For safety, I picked medium though the Stila girl recommended fair to me. Nopo, I wouldn't want to look like a geisha :P I was quite comfortable talking to her though as she was quite friendly and honest in her opinions. So, I ended buying it at the price of RM120. Actually the refill cost only RM75 and RM45 for its chic case. But I find this sales tactic reasonable as everytime you want to replenish a new powder, you just pay for its refill as it would cost a bomb everytime you have to buy the case along if they are permanently attached.

[tips: face primer is essential that's why don't think twice of getting a reliable brand because it is the layer that lies closest to your skin. Don't weigh the price but the quality. You don't want to see breakouts and worn out skin after several uses :)]

Second Stop: Crapshit & Evelyn (New shop??)

Nah... It's actually Crabtree & Evelyn :) Thanks again to my friends who gave me a RM100 gift voucher on my 20th birthday to grab something from Crab Eve. Actually it's quite a crapshit as everything is so darn expensive. Hhaha.. But it was okay, I finally managed to grab a few things that looks good, smells great and something I'll be using. I just had to top up another RM55 and I happily walked out from the store with 3 items.

It's actually a body lotion with 2 lip care which 1 I gave it to my mum :)

No Kit, I'm not going to BANCUH the lotion for you to drink although it smells yummy :P Yerp, the lotion is made of milk, soy and sugar. LOL. I have no idea why sugar. I'm quite tempted to taste it though.. LOL!!! As for the lip care, one of it smells like chocolate as it's made of cocoa butter & cardamom and the other one is made of peppermint which has a very cooling effect.. Ehehe.. WHat makes them so crapshittingly pricey is because they are all made of natural resources and no chemical additives :) I love my birthday presents!! Thanks buddies!!!

Third Stop: Nike
At first, I was thinking of getting a sports tee (otherwise known as sports bra) as I'm about to enrol into the dance classes soon. But then, they have all kinds of shades and not black. So I abandoned the idea and walked out with nothing.

Last Stop: MPH Bookstore

I haven't been reading novels for quite some time. And I was quite attracted to getting one as the book covers nowadays are so... irresistable but then lets not judge a book by its cover. Haha... So I moved to the Magazine Section and was torn whether to pick Female or Cleo. Female is way thicker but then the headlines are quite.. suggestive this month so I picked Cleo instead. Innocence is pure. LOL!!! Then Siew Lay called. Perfect timing. I did not want to walk any more :P

So as informed by her, I walked my way up to GSC and upon reaching (on the way up on escalator), I saw Huo Kit looking suspicious around the pillar. As I stepped on the 7th floor, the first greeting I got was "Tung Hing, lai lai.. khuai!" and I was pulled towards the pillar. Well the reason was we saw someone whom was a big turn off! Ahahahha!

Okay, lets not deviate further. I feel that I'm getting way further from my movie review. LOL! Let Choya bring you to Narnia ok? I have a wardrobe ready for you!!!

So, the fact is that I did not watch Narnia 1 and then I was watching Narnia 2. Haha! This was exactly what happen to Lord of The Rings which I watched in the sequence of 3, 2, 1. Haha! I watched 3 in the cinema then catched up 2 and 1 in my uncle's home mini theatre in Jakarta. All alone. Steam also neeh~ LOL! Although I didn't know much of what happened in Narnia 1 but then Narnia 2 is pretty cool :) Although the casts look pretty peculiar LOL but then got Prince Caspian can already :) Heee............. Ben Barnes is 27 years old. No wonder I only had eyes for him in the movie as all the rest were kinda GINA!

Everything is cute in Narnia. The talking creatures all looking great and natural especially the mouse! Hahaha.. I like him alot! Not forgetting Aslan... the cool mane actor..

This movie is overall great as they blended both humour and suspense pretty well together. It's not confusing although I did not watch the 1st one and the graphic seems pretty good as well.

But then again, I expected Prince Caspian to shine more than just that in the movie. I felt that there wasn't enough figthing scenes between him and the traitor uncle. All he did was he invaded the private bedroom pointing the sword sharp to his uncle's apple. Then he got shot and blaa.. But then the following scene of the mini war in the castle was quite emotional as quite a number of the Narnians were killed and sacrificed. t.t Lucky the mouse survived! Haha!

And I find that the Peter is abit gau gau in the movie with his cocky face. Dunno, not really my favourite. I prefer Edmund to him. Hahaha! Maybe the part I understand least was the lady trapped in the ice one. A drop of Adam's blood. Hmm.. She can have a pad of Eve's blood :D Haha! Susan has a very sexy lips and Lu looks like.. an ordinary gina to me :)

ALright, I don't want to reveal anything further about the movie as it will not be fair for those of you who haven't watched it :) Ya I know, some of you might not have the interest for the show cuz it sounds a bit childish right (to me at first) but then it's pretty good. Overall I would give a B+ rating! Hahaha.. You see, I'm never a fan of this.. magical and fantasy world kind of stories as I show as much interest as a dead lizard lying down on the road for Harry Potter. I can't even remember if I went to watch one of the many parts or not. But I do remember watching the Part 1 till I fell asleep at home. Haha.. Okay, I smell danger. Fans of Harry Potter must be cursing at me now.

After the movie, I was rushing to the toilet like no one's business as I did not expect the movie to last for almost 3 hours. Maybe 2 and a half and my bladder was going to burst! Went to the 1st toilet and the Q was like a dragon. So had to rush to another one. Next time must really go toilet upon entering cinema :)

After fooling around in Gurney, we thought it was time for dinner so we went to Yeow's Western Food and filled our stomach. YumZ. I wonder how Hock's Pork CHop Oriental tasted like. Would it be as tasty as Didem??? Who is Didem??? ASK HOCK! :P

So, that was how a great day ended :)

Kung Fu Dunk

Hahaha!!! Lame but at the same time damn FunNy! :D Though I must say that Shaolin Soccer rocks way more than Kung Fu Dunk but I just don't think Stephen Chow can give that innocent and noob look as Jay Chou can give. Hahahahaha!

Oh my God~ Never had I thought that I'd ever have a chance to see such a noob angle of Jay Chou~

what a good hair day for him.... LOL!!

Somehow when I was watching this movie, old memories of those days when I was so crazy for Jay Chou suddenly struck my mind and I can't help but to feel ticklish...:P Hehehe... Well, regardless of what others think of him, I still think he's amazing..(su-geh~) LOL!!

Overall, my rating for this movie would be B- as it's not bad in the sense that good looking casts are used in this filming though the storyline is pretty irrelevant but the slam dunk moves are AWESOME coupled with the tofu song. Hahaha!!! Well, anyone look close to Takuya Kimura should not be that bad to me.. LOL!! It was like at first, I thought that the Captain (I forgotten his name) looks a bit like Takuya Kimura but manatau later came another player whose name is Xiao Lan that looks 60% closer to him and my eyes were like... WHOAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess you don't really need a magnifying lense to tell the difference. LOL!! It was actually stated in the movie reviews of Kung Fu Dunk that this young star, Baron Chen looks like the Japanese Idol, Takuya Kimura. It tempted me to take a look again but neh~ not really. Maybe it was more in the movie cuz of the make-up and such perhaps? But the hair does look like some kinda replica.. LOL!!! But not in any of the pictures of Takuya I posted tonight. More like in the Gatsby Hair Bleach CM.. HAha!
