Then due to limited time left, I didn't get the chance to snap many pictures with all the teachers that had taught me. Only had some pictures with Pn. Devi and Pn. Narinder.
Pn. Devi
Guess it doesn't matter after all, isn't it?
All the misunderstandings we had.
Pn. Narinder
The most gorgeous and dedicated chemistry teacher I'd ever seen.
When I look at this picture with Pn. Narinder, I suddenly remembered the first day I entered to class, U6Sc4. She was the teacher who had directed us into our classroom as Pn. Doreen was not around. I still remember she was dressed in a flowy blue batik top and a white pants. Gorgeous was the word and she stood in front of the class and briefed us about F6 and so soon, the last day of school had finally dawned as it seemed like it was just some time ago. Farewell, teachers.
Then, it came to a stage where I started to feel, dang..I'm going to miss all the great times I had here with my friends. Well, I'm always feeling thankful to be blessed with such awesome friends in my life. It was a sudden change in my life when I entered SXI last year, from an all girls' school to a boys' school, only coed in F6 classrooms. I never thought I'd be able to find so many genuine friends here. Thinking back on how we started our conversations and getting to know one another, was such a memorable experience.Since I won't be seeing you all so frequent anytime soon, let me just express my thoughts of each and everyone of you here. It's only fair that I should let you all know what you all should know :)
Yu, obviously you're not someone I just got to know yesteryear :) In fact, I'd known you for almost 10 years, since Std. 3 though we were from the same class, 1 Biru since Std. 1. Do you remember the incident that sparked our friendship? I was supposed to present a story in a story-telling competition and I was out of idea of what story should be told. That was when you unzipped the side pocket of your school bag and handed me a small little book, titled Little Ginger Breadman though we barely knew each other that time :) You were very quiet back then. Hee! Then friendship started to blossom from that moment. We started to exchange diaries and wrote to each other our thoughts. That was when I used to spell HATE as HEAD and CUTE as KIUT, remember? LOL! Then came to Std.4, our friendship started to establish. Today, we are standing at the peak of teenage life. So much had happened, without any doubt, you would be the very first person I disclose my problems to, be it something dark or bright. You're the person I'd like to share myself with cuz I know you'd always be the best listener and offer me the best medicine of laughter. I doubt I'd be able to walk through the greatest nightmare of last year without you, Yu Yu as you kept reassuring me that you're proud of having a great friend like me. And I finally stepped out and told myself that I should live up to the expectation of a genuine friend and quit mourning over a *&%^ :) Though we pursue different subject and in a different class, I guess our bonds had never been affected at all right? Thanks Yu Yu, and I know you'd say That's What Friends Are For, right? :) In and out of you, you're truly a very beautiful person ;D
Haha! Guess both of us have much things in common, and it would be an endless time for me to bring it all up here. But to highlight one important one that brought us together, Thomas Cup! LOL! Remember we were so crazy of the players back then? From Indonesian to Danish players Hee! We even talked about tht just right before the semester papers started and threw the newspaper out the corridor as soon as the teacher handed out the question papers :) Hmm.. though today I'm slightly deviated from Kimi, LOL! but our friendship still bind us together no matter what. Well, maybe you've forgotten this but I know I shall never. Last year, close to midnight at around 1 a.m, you messaged me and told me one of the most absurd news and you knew I wasn't that strong to handle it alone. You came down and accompanied me, even it wasn't long but at least, you showed me that there's always a friend that cares :) When I started to breakdown, you told me that life isn't a bed of roses and you shared with me a little more bout yourself, and you made me feel better by making me feel that I wasn't the only person in this world facing the downfall of life :) Thanks Wei Lian for what you'd done for this friendship and lets keep in touch okay? :)
Huo Kit, you have no idea how much this friendship means to me. I'm not sure what you personally think but... you're almost like a brother to me. The comfortability and cosy feeling when you're around, from group studies to keng han kai... it's just a very homely feeling to me. It's like how I'd talk to my brother :) just that you're younger than me. Hee!
As I recall more about our friendship, I remembered how we really got to know each other. You pranked me during camp with your lame jokes then soon, we worked together pretty much often after that, stuff concerning B.O.L. Then eventually we found out that we intersected with the same bestfriend. LOL! And I shall never forget our December last year, depressing Christmas for both of us, huh? Hee! Some time ago, you thanked me as you remembered I was there, right? Yea, I remember you were right there for me as well, spending time to hoi kai me. Hee! So fast a year had breezed through, and we are feeling totally different now, a much happier us! :D Thanks Huo Kit. Your lameshitz have never failed to crack me up like a raw egg. Haha!
Zhi Xiang
Zhi Xiang, the first thing that come across my mind were the great times spent in JLTC. We looked out for one another and not to forget, playing real hard there! :D It's amazing how our friendship had blossomed, sparked by a tiny idea of building a bitch family and you were the boy boy..Haha..! Still that word, you're really a very nice and caring person and you're always there when I needed someone to talk to, even up to 4.30 a.m. Not forgetting hoi wui in the workroom too! And then, I shall always remember the Ipod incident, you, Siew Lay and Kah Whai had really touched my heart as I learned that you guys were actually rushing to my house, even at late night with school the next day. If that ain't friends, then I really don't know what a friend is. And today, when I did some noobshitz in front of Mr. Ong, thanks for being the person behind me to soothe my overpowering emotions and backed me up! I too, salute your ideology...LOL! Thanks Zhi Xiang. Hope things will continue to blossom with time :) Damn, I still can't get over my noobshitz in front of Sir but thank god you were around, a skinny pillar to hide my face for a few seconds..LOL!
Kah Whai
white horse prince?? :P
Kah Whai, maybe it's time for some confession here. Haha! No, I don't think you're fat personally nor think that you're a bad boy despite you *^6%^$%^%&*%$ kinda often. LOL! Cuz anyhow, I got interested in knowing you better after discovering your chor-ness during Rovers OC! And I used to spell your name quite weirdly, Khar Wai. Haha! Well, I'm glad that during Inauguration, we made the right decision of participating in the fan dance as I think, I got to know you better from that time onwards. Skipping classes and lessons to dance our feet away but your results remained fantastic :D During OC camp, the last night where we were having the BBQ, you said that you were not going to sleep that early as you didn't wanna miss anything out but the next moment I turned to look at you, you were already fast asleep with potato chips as pillow. Haha! To me, you're always that bubbly friend that will never hold grudges with the harsh comments we make on you, cuz I think you know we do it for the sake of having fun, right? And they're not true, I hope. Haha! :) So, thank you Kah Whai, for making my one and a half years of schooling in SXI a joyous one :)
Ryan, Hock & Boon
HAHA clan!
Ryan, Hock & Boon..Hmm.. I don't know how exactly to express my pleasure to have you guys as my classmates but let me just say that, you guys are just wonderful. After much discussion with the Council, we finally came up with the term Upper Class Boys in U6Sc4 for you guys! Haha! For sure, the Uppest Class Boys are Yew Liang and Chee Leng la :P I still remember last year, the first few weeks of school, we barely talked to each other but today, we turned the class upside down like nobody's business :P We used to have so mach fun time in the lab last year, folding paperplanes with messages and started throwing all around. Now I think about those times, I feel so good and definitely a smile is never absent :) The reason that I clump 3 of you in a post is because you guys stick to one another like a triplet! Hee! Everywhere we go or do, for sure we'd save and arrange 3 places for you guys, cuz impossible for you guys to part, at anytime :D I'm really starting to miss those times we had in class, Ryan's lame jokes, Hock's sudden surprises and Boon's good boy attitude :D No more turning to the back during lessons especially in OSLT and threaten you guys with jangka lukis and luring you guys with sweets :) Thank you for being the coolest classmates ever! I hope someday we'd still remember all these moments when we have a reunion or something :) Farewell, guys!
Hmm, finally I'm done with all the messages that really come from the bottom of my heart. It takes time I admit but the time is nothing compared to the great times I had with you guys and girls :)
Great time, great smile, great friends :)
in a great school, SXI.
Oh dear, I'm starting to miss alot of things about school. Going to miss the times when I was late and sped all the way from home to school just to catch the time before the back gate closed. Going to miss the times when we hanged out overtime in the workroom just to escape from some classes :P Going to miss the lunches after school hours, duties in the library and so much more!
F6, a wise choice made that I know I will and shall never regret doing even it was a tough time struggling with the syllabus. I know someday when I look back at those were the days, I know it would be a smile and not a frown :) Been there, done that.
End of the schooling chapter.
